OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for driving in and loosening
fasteners as well as for drilling in wood, metal and
plastic.

BEFORE OPERATION
Removing the battery pack
Charging the battery pack
Installing the battery pack
ASSEMBLY
CHUCK ADJUSTMENT
WARNING: Always lock off the On/Off
Switch and disconnect tool from power
source when changing accessories. Always ensure
the bit is secure before starting the tool. Damage
to the Chuck or a loose bit may cause possible
personal injury.

OPERATION
Forward/Reverse Rotation Control
WARNING: Never change the
direction of rotation when the
chuck is rotating, wait until it has
stopped!
TWO-SPEED GEAR CONTROL
TORQUE ADJUSTMENT
SCREWDRIVING, DRILLING,
HAMMER DRILLING
Operating the On/Off Switch
WARNING: Do not operate
for long periods at low
speed because excess heat will be
produced internally.
20V Cordless Impact Drill
LED Light Indicator
Before operation, the LED light will be
activated when the On/Off switch is
slightly depressed.
WARNING: To turn on the
light, press the On/Off switch
and make sure the Forward/Reverse
Rotation Control is on right/left
position.
The tool and battery are equipped with
a protection system. When the LED
Light is quickly flashing 60 seconds and
FIGURE
turn off, the system will automatically
cut off power to the tool to extend
battery life. The tool will automatically
stop during operation if the tool and/
See Fig. A1
or battery are placed under one of the
following conditions:
See Fig.A2
• Overloaded: The tool is operated
in a manner that causes it to draw
See Fig.A3
an abnormally high current. In this
situation, release the On/Off Switch on
the tool and stop the application that
caused the tool to become overloaded.
Then pull the On/Off Switch again to
restart.
• Overheated: Under the condition
above, if the tool does not start, the
Tool and Battery are overheated. In this
situation, let the Tool and Battery cool
before pulling the On/Off Switch again.
• Low battery voltage: The remaining
See Fig.B1
Battery capacity is too low and the
tool will not operate. In this situation,
See Fig.B2
remove and recharge the Battery.

PROBLEM SOLUTION
1. WHY DOES THE DRILL NOT TURN ON WHEN
YOU PRESS THE SWITCH?
See Fig. D1,
The Forward/Reverse Rotation Control, which is
D2, D3
on top of the On/Off Switch, is positioned in the
lock function. Unlock the Forward/Reverse Rotation
Control by putting it into the required rotation
See Fig. E
position. Push the trigger and the drill will start to
rotate. (See Fig. B).
See Fig.
2. THE DRILL STOPS BEFORE THE SCREW IS
F1, F2
COMPLETELY TIGHTENED. WHY?
Verify the torque position of the Torque Adjustment
Ring, you can find the Torque Adjustment Ring
between the Chuck and the drill body. Position
See Fig. G
1 is the lowest torque (screw driving force) and
position 22 is the highest torque (screw driving
force). Position
is for hammer drill operation. Regulate the Torque
Adjustment Ring to a higher position to reach the
best result (See Fig. E).
3. I CAN NOT FIT THE BATTERY INTO THE
BATTERY CHARGER. WHY?
See Fig. G
is for drill operation. Position
