release air pockets and build drainage hill up to line on groundsleeve (SEE BELOW). Center and level ground sleeve
assembly in hole. Using a standard level, ensure the pole & ground sleeve are completely vertical in the concrete.
Using wood, clamps or other means, brace the assembly during the curing process of the concrete. Check leveling on
all sides several times while concrete is curing. See illustration for example.
No concrete may be present inside ground sleeve. Once
concrete cures, pole will be removed and eventually
reinserted. If cured concrete is present within the ground
sleeve, it will impede ability to reinsert pole section in
following assembly steps.
