Insert bottom pole section (3) into ground sleeve (4).

Assemble clamps (7) around bottom pole (3) and ground sleeve (4) as shown.

Fill hole approximately 3/4 full with concrete (approximately 860 lbs.). Tamp down
concrete to release air pockets.

Clamp must be positioned as shown below, to ensure
the ground sleeve remains properly affixed around
the perimeter of the pole. Failure to position the
clamp properly may result in water accumulation
within the ground sleeve.
