Potential Cause/Solution
Full memory will also cause photos not to
be transferred.
After the USB-C picture is uploaded
successfully, the displayed title is the file
name of the picture, and the time is the
upload time. If you don't
want to display this information, please go
to 'Settings>Slideshow>-
Show caption' to turn on the option.
The picture frame will be compressed
according to the 1280 pixels according to
proportion.
If you encounter such a situation, unplug
the power and then re-plug it to see
whether it will be turned on.
