Connecting and Sharing Photos with Friends and Family

The ClickID Snap10 photo frame has the 'Frameo' App.
To connect the ClickID Snap 10 Photo Frame with your friends ensure they
downloaded and installed the 'Frameo' app.
Tap on the 'Add Friend' icon
on your frame, to generate a code.
A text box will appear on your frame display with a connection code. This code is
valid for 12 hours.
Share the code with your friend using one of these methods of your choice e.g. SMS,
E-Mail, IM, phone call.
Once your new friend has added the code in their Frameo app, they will
automatically connect with your ClickID Snap 10 Photo frame and appear on your
Friends List.
Follow these same steps for each new friend or family member you would like to add
to your photo frame.
Your friends and family will now be able to send photos and short videos to your
Click ID Snap10 Photo Frame.
Read the chapter 'Change options for a friend' to allow connected friends, to retrieve
and share the connection code via the smartphone app.
Please note: To receive photos and videos via Frameo App from your friends or
family, the ClickID Snap 10 Photo Frame needs to be connected to a WIFI network
and powered on.
Ensure the notifications are on, to see when photos or videos are sent to your frame.
Once a photo has been sent to your frame, a notification will come up on your photo
frame. Tap on it to view the photo/video received.
