Troubleshooting:
If your heater is not working, please follow these instructions:
- Make sure your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly.
- Make sure the heater is plugged in and the outlet is working properly.
- If the ON/OFF switch is not lit in the ON position, send it directly for repair.
Cleaning and maintenance
Turn off the heater and let it cool down before cleaning it. Unplug the device from power.
The outside can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth and then dried. Do not use abrasives or
furniture polishes, as these can damage the surface. To detach the heater from the wall, to
clean or restore, simply open the screw cap and loosen the screws to remove it from the wall.
For short-term storage, simply unplug the plug from the socket and leave the device
standing. For long-term storage, you can dismantle the wall or cover it with some material.
