Make sure a USB-C power device is

connected to the First USB-C Port.
Make sure the USB Power Button has
been pressed to turn on the Second
USB-C Port and USB-A Port.
A fault condition exists in one of the
USB Ports. Refer to the USB Ports
Fault Conditions in the "OPERATING
THE USB PORTS" section to remedy
any faults.
Make sure the USB device(s) plugged
into the USB Ports does not exceed
maximum rating.
The battery of the unit may be
overheated or may be too cold. Allow
the unit to cool down or warm up before
resuming operation.
Some USB-powered household
electronics will not operate with these
USB charging/power ports. Check the
manual of the corresponding electronic
device to confirm that it can be used
with this unit's type of USB charging/
power ports.

Adapter is plugged into.
Make sure the rating of equipment
plugged into the charging adapter's
USB port does not exceed PD 30W.
Some household USB-powered
electronics will not operate with this
USB port. Check the manual of the
corresponding electronic device to
confirm that it can be used with this
type of USB port.
Check the connection to the 12 volt
DC power source. Make sure there is
good contact.
Confirm there is functioning DC
current.
Make sure the rating of equipment
plugged into the charging adapter's
USB port does not exceed PD 30W.
