4- CONFIGURATION
Once you have installed the equipment, you can start it up. Please, carefully read the
following instructions for a correct configuration.
4.1- PC-SMART+ Assistant
When you start the equipment for the first time, an assistant will appear to help you perform
the basic setup for the proper operation of the equipment. You will need to select the language
you want to work in, set the date and time, and finally, indicate the nominal current of the
pump. For this last point, you will have two options:
- Automatic: The equipment will automatically detect the nominal current of the pump.
This is the recommended option, as it takes the actual working conditions of the pump.
Make sure all the valves are in their correct position before starting the autodetection.
- Manual: You must enter the nominal current provided by the pump manufacturer. Note
that the nominal current will vary depending on the pump, but also on the hydraulic
installation of the pool.
* If fan error occurs during the initial setup, it can be undone using the "return" button. Additionally,
there are no parameters that cannot be reconfigured later in the equipment's menu.
The equipment offers the following languages to choose: English, Spanish, French, Italian,
Portuguese, German, and Catalan.
