DR1300 FL Fluorescence Standards Kit
Reagent kit, ULR Fluorescence Total Chlorine,
includes:
Sample vial holder, two16-mm vials with caps and two
reagent bottles in dropper bottles
Reagent kit, ULR Fluorescence Free Chlorine, includes:
Sample vial holder, two16-mm vials with caps and two
reagent bottles in dropper bottles
Possible cause
The sample is not a
representative sample
and is not well mixed.
The grab sample was
not analyzed
immediately.
Note: The DPD method is
less accurate in the lower
ppb range compared to the
fluorescence method.
Other oxidants do not
interfere with the
fluorescence method.
W A R N I N G
Solution
Make sure to get a representative
sample. Refer to the instructions in
the Sample Collection section of the
test procedure.
Analyze the grab samples
immediately. The chlorine
concentration decreases quickly in
ultra low range chlorine samples.
