Installing the mounting bracket
Fig. 4
NOTE: the mounting bracket is required to install the fan on a wooden ceiling or on a sloped
ceiling.
-
If the fan is to be installed in a concrete ceiling, drill a hole with an 8 mm drill bit, considering
the length of the expansion screws. Then, fix the mounting bracket to the ceiling with the
expansion screws.
NOTE: drill an 8 mm hole before fitting the M6 expansion screws.
-
You will need different screws/dowels depending on the type of ceiling on which you are
installing the fan. If you are installing the fan on a wooden ceiling, it is important that you
install the mounting bracket. Once it is in place, make sure that it can support a weight of
more than 60 kg.
Installation

downrod. Then, insert the downrod into the hanging ball and align the holes of both parts.
Next, fit the bolt and pin. Finally, tighten the two fixing screws securing the downrod to
the trim. Fig. 5
2.
Place the fan in the bracket and rotate the downrod slowly so that the tabs of the
mounting bracket are inserted into the slots of the hanging ball. Fig. 6.
