AC VOLTAGE
To maintain good performance
Do not use the unit in places which are extremely hot, cold, dusty or
humid. In particular, do not keep the unit:
+ in a high humidity area such as a bathroom
+ near a heater
- in an area exposed to direct sunlight (e.g., inside a parked car, please
be careful because it may become extremely hot).
Usable power sources
The unit may be powered by the rechargeable battery (AIWA PB-S5),
two R03 (AAA) batteries, or on AC house current using an optional
AC adaptor.

Some of the battery chargers have a voltage selector switch. To switch it,
use a screwdriver or sharp object. Either 115V or 230V can be selected
for 110V-120V or 220V-240V respectively.
Notes on listening with the headphones
* Listen at a moderate volume to avoid hearing damage.
* To ensure safety, do not wear while driving or cycling.

Volume of the main unit
When listening with the headphones, set the VOLUME control of the main
unit to afound 4 to 6.
