SI MA S.A., ELECTRI CAL SHEAR m odel CEL, have been designed and m anufact ured t o be used in work sit es t o
cut st eel reinforced and flat bars for const ruct ion, using int erchangeable blades, m ount ed ont o t he cut t ing j aw s.

The m anual shear m odel CEL has been designed and m anufact ured t o cut flat and reinforced st eel bars used
for const r uct ion and passiv e st eel ar m at ures for st ruct ural concret e by m eans of t wo int er changeable blades
m ount ed ont o t he cut t ing j aw .

The cut t ing operat ion is done m anually by pushing t he bar on t he roller, dropping t he bar int o t he cut t ing
t hroat , low ering t he prot ect ion guard and pr essing t he pedal.

The CEL m odels are furnished wit h a r ing t o elevat e t he m achine.

The m achine is equipped wit h wheels and handlebars t o facilit at e t heir m ovem ent and t ransport for short
dist ances.
 The int ernal m echanical com ponent s t hat are subj ect t o w earing have been t r eat ed t her m ally t o guarant y
t heir long durabilit y and high perform ance.
 The m ain body of t he m achine is a m ono- block m ade of cast iron.

Cut t ing is perform ed by m eans a pedal or a handlebar.

The blades are rect angular wit h four cut t ing faces.
 I nt er nal m echanism s are bat hed in oil.

The fram e of t he m achine is paint ed in oven wit h a highly resist ance, ant i- corrosion epoxy polyest er paint .

