7 .2 SAFETY RECOM M EN D ATI ON S
The elect r ical shears m odels CEL are t o be used by t rained people or people fam iliar ized wit h t heir operat ion.

Before st art ing up t he m achine please read t he inst r uct ions and m ake sure safet y norm s ar e
respect ed. Learn how t o st op t he m achine in a fast and safe way.
 Place t he m achine on a plane surface. Connect t he m achine t o t he elect ricit y only when y ou are sur e
of it s st abilit y.

St art t he m achine only when you have m ount ed t he safet y guards t hat com e w it h t he m achine.

I t is recom m ended t o use safet y glasses, safet y boot s, gloves et c. Please always use approved
m at erials.

Always use I ndividual Prot ect ion Equipm ent ( I PE) in accordance w it h t he t ype of w ork you are
effect uat ing.
 Prohibit st rangers t o access t he place of work of t he m achine.

Work clot hes are not supposed t o have loose art icles t hat can cling int o m ovable part s of t he
m achine.

When you have t o m ove t he m achine, unplug t he elect r icit y cables and block t he m oving part s of t he
m achine.
 Alw ays keep prot ect ion elem ent s and t he safet y guards in t heir correct posit ions.

The dam aged elect r ical cables should be ur gent ly replaced.

Make sur e t he rot at ion sense is corr ect .

Unplug t he m achine from t he elect r icit y and never m anipulat e nor operat e on t he m echanical nor
elect r ical elem ent s of t he m achine w hile t he engine is on.

Visually cont rol t he j oint s, bolt s, nut s, wildings, corrosion, et c.

Never leav e t he m achine w it h t he engine swit ched on.

Never use t he m achine for purposes ot her t han t hose it has been designed for.
VERY I M PORTAN T: Always use eart h plug before st art ing- up t he m achine.
 Use norm alised cables
 Make sur e t he feeding volt age is in accordance w it h t he v olt age indicat ed in t he adhesive label on t he m achine.
 Make sure t hat t he ext ension cords are not in cont act wit h point s of high t em perat ure, oil, wat er, sharp edges.
Also avoid t ram pling or cr ushing t he cables by passing vehicles and do not put any obj ect s on t he m achine.
 Do not use high pressure wat er t o clean circuit s or elect rical elem ent s.
