3 .2 REPLACI N G AN D TI GH TEN I N G TH E BELTS

incorr ect m achine inst allat ion or long use of t he m achine, t he belt s get loose. To t ight en back t he belt or replace it ,
please consider t he follow ing st eps ( Fig.4 ) .
1 Make sure t he m achine is unplugged off t he power supply .
2 Rem ov e t he safeguard of t he m ot or .
3 Loosen t he t ensor of t he m ot or by m eans of t he nut s A, B, C, and Fig.4
4 Replace or t ight en t he belt .
5 Once finished, proceed t o t he inverse.
6 Place t he safeguard of t he m ot or back .

3 .3 M AI N TEN AN CE, I N SPECTI ON AN D CON TROL
To keep t he shear in good condit ions, you need t o check periodically t he follow ing point s:
1 Check periodically ( e a ch 4 0 h ou r s of u se ) t he efficiency of t he blades and if necessary t o replace t hem ,
proceed as per t he inst ruct ions m anual.
2 Check ( m on t h ly) t he level of oil wit h t he visor B, Fig.5 y 5.1 and fill up if t he level is below t he st opper A,
Fig.5 y 5.1. I t is recom m ended t o change t he oil every t wo years.

4 Check t he st at e and t he t ension of t he t r ansm ission belt s. The lat t er is supposed t o be alway s t ight t o avoid
any sliding, w hich can cause a m al funct ioning of t he m achine.
5 All elect r ical or int erior com ponent s inst allat ions are recom m ended t o be effect uat ed by aut hor ized people.
6 At t he end of each day , unplug t he m achine.
7 I f t he m achine is not cover ed, wrap it wit h im per m eable clot h.
8 Clean per iodically t he visible part s of t he m achine and grease as necessary.
