Times
2 short
The control board fails the self-test,
causing the motor to stop.
3 short
The communication between the
battery pack and the control board
is abnormal. Or the connection is
abruptly interrupted during normal
communication.
4 short
When the motor is running, the
phase current exceeds the setpoint
protection value. Or the bus current
exceeds the set protection value.
5 short
The battery pack voltage is lower
than the motor start voltage, or the
battery voltage is less than the min-
imum operating voltage during op-
eration.
6 short
The operating temperature of the
control board exceeds the set pro-
tection value.
7 short
When the motor starts or runs, it
encounters resistance and the mo-
tor fails to continue running; there
is issue with the commutation dur-
ing motor startup or operation, re-
sulting in the motor being unable
to continue running; the Hall sen-
sor motor and Hall signal are ab-
normal.
8 short
The brake has been on; The start-
ing sequence of the motor is faulty.
9 short
MCU exception detected while run-
ning software certification code.
10 short
When the motor works or starts,
the motor temperature exceeds the
set protection value.
1 long, 1
The control board detected that the
short
battery pack temperature exceeds
the set temperature.
