Mounting information
- The drive set is fully configured ex factory. The
drives must be reconfigured using SCS in the
event of changes to the ex-factory configuration
(e.g. when removing a drive from existing set or
integrating a new drive).
- Mount the drives whilst under zero stress. With
that, an even load distribution is provided by all
the drive chains.
- At vertical active pulling
application (e.g. for a skylight) the
forces must be rearranged by
software SCS.
- After installation, the connection
opening that is not required must
be closed with the enclosed plug
seal.

Zero point adjustment
PLP design / ACB single drive (M1)
If the trade fair x after installation is greater than
23 mm (closing range C1), an automatic zero
adjustment takes place after the tenth end position
CLOSED overload cut-off.
ACB synchronous group
If the dimension x is greater than 23 mm after
installation (closing range C1), a zero adjustment
with the SCS software or a magnet is required.
Move the drive in the CLOSED direction. Wait until
the drive is fully closed. Carry out the zero
adjustment with magnet on the drive. The magnet
gives the drive another CLOSED command and
performs a zero adjustment in the event of an
overload cut-off. This is confirmed by a low
humming noise from the drive. In a
synchronous group, each drive in
the set must be zeroed
individually. (Caution due to
broken glass).
The closing ranges
shift relative to the
new zero point.

Voltage must continue
to be applied to the drive
when moving in the
"CLOSE" direction. Hold the
magnet next to the drive as
shown in the diagramme (2
sec.) until you hear a pulsating
ton > The drive is now in
learning mode. The magnet
can now be removed and the
drive no longer has to be
under voltage.

Allow the drive to run
"OPEN" until you reach the
required stroke.
If the stroke is set incorrectly,
the procedure is accidentally
interrupted or the drive
continues to the full stroke
length, please return to point 1
and start again.
