Forthefirstfiveyearsfromthedateofpurchase,whenthiscommercialapplianceisinstalled,maintainedandoperatedaccording
toinstructionsattachedtoorfurnishedwiththeproduct,MaytagbrandofWhirlpoolCorporation(thereafter"Maytag")willpay
forfactoryspecifiedpartsororiginalequipmentmanufacturerpartstocorrectdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Proofof
originalpurchasedateisrequiredtoobtainserviceunderthiswarranty.
1.  A llothercostsincludinglabor,transportation,orcustomduties.
2.   S ervicecallstocorrecttheinstallationofyourcommercialappliance,toinstructyouhowtouseyourcommercialappliance,to
replaceorrepairfuses,ortocorrectexternalwiringorplumbing.
3.  R epairswhenyourcommercialapplianceisusedforotherthannormal,commercialuse.
4.  D amageresultingfromimproperhandlingofproductduringdelivery,theft,accident,alteration,misuse,abuse,fire,flood,
actsofGod,improperinstallation,installationnotinaccordancewithlocalelectricalorplumbingcodes,oruseofproducts
notapprovedbyMaytag.
5.  P ickupandDelivery.Thiscommercialapplianceisdesignedtoberepairedonlocation.
6. Repairstopartsorsystemsresultingfromunauthorizedmodificationsmadetothecommercialappliance.
7.  T heremovalandreinstallationofyourcommercialapplianceifitisinstalledinaninaccessiblelocationorisnotinstalled
inaccordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions.
8. Chemicaldamageisexcludedfromallwarrantycoverage.
9.  C hangestothebuilding,room,orlocationneededinordertomakethecommercialapplianceoperatecorrectly.
10. R epairsmadebyanon-Whirlpoolauthorizedservicetechnician.
