How to prepare raclette cheese
Use about 200 to 300 grammes of cheese
per person. Cut the cheese into slices of
about 3 to 5 mm thickness and put them into
the mini-pans. It is preferable to use original
raclette cheese. Any other fast melting
cheese, however, is also suitable.
Practical hints
∙ Frozen food should always be properly
thawed before it is cooked.
∙ To avoid damage to the coating of grill
plate and mini-pans, use only non-
abrasive utensils.
∙ When grilling larger amounts of food,
the accumulated fat should be carefully
removed from time to time.
General care and cleaning
∙ Before cleaning the appliance, always
make sure that the plug has been
removed from the wall socket and allow
the appliance to cool down.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do not
immerse it in water.
∙ Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions.
∙ Wipe the outer surfaces of the grill with a
clean damp cloth.
∙ Remove the grill plate and rinse it in a
little hot water. If necessary, some mild
detergent may be used. Wipe thoroughly
dry again with a soft cloth.
∙ Before the stone is removed for cleaning,
ensure it has cooled down completely.
Clean the stone with a synthetic sponge
under running water without detergent.

∙ Clean the mini-pans in warm soapy water
and dry them thoroughly afterwards.
