Product description
Ceramill Sintron are blanks made of a CoCrMo alloy.
Ceramill Sintron blanks are used for manufacturing carrier structures
for permanent and removable prosthetic restorations (e.g., crowns
and bridges, conical/ telescopic crowns, supra-constructions, etc.)
using Lava™ milling machines.
The material dries in the blank condition, meaning, it is machined with-
out the use of coolant/lubricant (C/L); afterwards, it is final-sintered
exclusively in the high-temperature sintering furnace (Ceramill Argo-
therm), inclusive of a special sintering structure (Ceramill Argovent)
at a pre-programmed temperature that is adapted to this material,
while under admission of argon.
NOTE:
A different sintering furnace than the Ceramill Argotherm may not
be used. Should a different sintering furnace be used, it cannot be
ensured that the technical properties of the sintered frames are
achieved.
Ceramill Sintron is a Class IIa medical product; upon completion of the
specified final-sintering, it meets the requirements of a Type 4 dental
alloy according to DIN ISO 22674 for permanent and removable den-
tures.
