The commands for managing the SCHEDTIME scheduler and SCHEDTXT define the
periodic forwarding of an SMS with information concerning the meters, hour meters and
analogue input.
SCHEDTIME [period in hours] [start offset in minutes]  defines the SMS forwarding
SCHEDTIME 12 15  send a text message scheduling every 12 hours, the first of which
SCHEDTIME 24 23:00  sends a text message scheduling every day at 23:00
