Air extraction

The wet-air flow must be taken off outside the building, connect a pipe with a net diameter equal to
the outside diameter of the machine exhaust pipe located at the bottom of the machine back. This
air flow must be taken outside the work area and should never be connected to other chimneys
used for removing fumes from other fuels.
These pipes must be located in accordance with the limitations set by the environmental and
thermal regulations. The pipe used must be able to stand constant high temperatures (150º). Never
place the pipe in the vicinity of flammable materials or of materials that may suffer distortions from
overheating.
The tube should be maintained straight in the interior cavity. It is important that there are no
elements present which could obstruct the air passages or which could accumulate dust (screws,
rivets...). A system should be in place for the periodical inspection and cleaning of the channels.
It is advisable that the blow off pipe be as short as possible (it should not be longer than 4 m and
more than two 90-degree bends) with a 2% outward slant at the horizontal lengths, to prevent the
condensate from returning into the machine. A longer pipe will require a wider diameter or even
fitting it with an ancillary exhaust device (connect our after sales team).
Preferably each machine should have an independent pipe. If this is not possible:

It is OBLIGATORY to install an anti-reflux mechanism in each of the machines which
prevents free access to the collector tube.

Always Y connections. Never T connections.
•
Widen the pipe section before the connecting point, so that the end section is as wide as the
two previous ones added together.
IMPORTANT: The room should be provided with one or more fresh-air intakes, so that an air flow
