1. Turn the ignition key to 0.
2. Push the emergency stop button.
3. Set the handle in servicing position. Refer to
positions on page 14 .
4. If weights are installed, adjust the weights to a
rearward position. Refer to
page 19 .
5. Engage the support frame. Refer to
disengage the support frame on page 11 .

6. Hold the handlebar and with one foot on the support
frame tilt the product rearward. Tilt the product until
the handlebar is on the floor.
WARNING: Make sure that the product
is in a stable position before you replace
the diamond tools.
7. Put on protective gloves.
8. Turn the tool plate (A) to the right or to the left to
unlock the tool plate from the grinding disc.
9. Pull the tool plate straight out (B) to remove the tool
plate from the grinding disc.
10. Use a hammer to remove the diamond tools from the
tool plate.
