STEP 1
Assembling the Lower frame
Weight guide
Back support
1. Insert the Plastic caps in Rear base tube, then
attach the weight guide tubes, aligning the holes.
2. Attach the Lower structure in the Rear base tube
using [2] Screws, [4] Washers, [2] Nuts and [1] Fixing
plate.
3. Attach the Tower in the Lower structure using [2]
Screws, [4] Washers and [2] Nuts.
4. Insert the Plastic cap in the Lower structure and
the Plastic cap in the Tower.
STEP 2
Assembling Structure of weights
Weight plates
Shock absorbers
4. Insert the Selector tube in the Weight
plates fixing with the Selector pin.
5. Insert the Upper plate and the Washer
cap on the Weight plates.

1. Insert the Shock absorbers in the weight
guide tubes.
2. Insert the Weight plates in the weight
Pin
guide tubes with the opening for pin turned
down.
3. Attach the bushing on the first hole of the
Selector tube with the aid of Pin.
