OPERATION ENSURE THE MACHINE ON WHICH
THE DEVICE IS INSTALLED IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE ELECTRICAL AND COMPRESSED AIR
SUPPLY.
Weekly Maintenance
A. Periodically clean and lubricate with oil the
horizontal roller arm.
Monthly Maintenance
B. Grease every month the pivots of the roller swing
arm and of the lower disk device and the sliding guides
of the mobile drive.
Note:
The recommended repetition schedule
for the operations described are valid for
normal machine use.
We suggest you check and perform
extraordinary maintenance every time you
consider it necessary and in general, more
frequently than the time intervals indicated.

6.1 Adjustment

BEAD PUSHER TOOL ADJUSTMENT
The bead pusher tool is adjusted by the manufacturer
to a telescoping length suitable for standard operations.
However, due to particular requirements or based
on your own preferences, the tool can be adjusted
differently, varying the amount of telescoping on the
support arm.
Procedure (Fig. 6-1):
Loosen the upper nut (1) with a 30 wrench.
Screw or unscrew the bead pusher support beam
(2) to change the stable telescoping position of the
tool (3).
Once you have reached the desired position,
manually screw the nut (1).
Hold the beam (2) with a 17 wrench, in position A,
then fully tighten the nut (1).
