• Check that glass sliders have not been left open or ajar; with the sliders closed the red alarm lamp will go off
as soon as the freezer reaches its temperature setting again.
• Make sure that the cabinet has been filled correctly (that the load limit line has not been exceeded).
• Ensure that frost thickness inside the cabinet does not exceed 5 mm. If it does, defrost the cabinet as explained
in the previous section;
• Make sure that the cabinet is not exposed to sources of heat or draught;
• Check that the products were placed in the freezer at a temperature below -18°C.
• Check that the cabinet is perfectly horizontal by the use of a spirit level. Make certain that ambient conditions
comply with the requirements of page 11;
If failure to cool should is not due to any of the above reasons it it persists on even after the above checks, resort
to the nearest after-sales service.
If failure is actually due to malfunctioning, it is absolutely necessary to empty the cabinet and store the foods in
low-temperature coldrooms or freezers that ensure the required preservation temperature.
3) The cabinet is noisy:
• Make sure that screws and bolts are tight;
• Check that the cabinet is perfectly horizontal by the use of a spirit level.
Should the inconvenience persist, contact the nearest after-sales service.
IN CASE OF A GAS LEAK OR FIRE, do not breathe inside the room that houses the cabinet before having aired it
properly. Disconnect the cabinet from the power source by the master switch ahead of the equipment (fig. 18, page
14). DO NOT USE WATER BUT ONLY DRY EXTINGUISHERS TO PUT OUT THE FIRE.

11. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Should after-sales assistance be needed, we recommend resorting to professionals possessing specific skills, like
those listed on the back of this manual under the official after-sales network section. If spare pars are needed,
request original spares and ensure that only original spares are used on the equipment. Malfunction, however
small, should be reported to the after-sales network as soon as possible. The Company disclaims responsibility for
any jobs performed by personnel lacking authorization or the specific skills required or involving the use of non-
