Reset

Guidance through the reset can be provided via the Reflex Control Smart app and must then be confirmed by pressing the Auto
button when requested.
You can perform a reset it there is a need to reset the system to factory settings.
1. Ensure that the system is in stop mode.
2. Simultaneously press the Auto button and the Stop button for longer than 5 seconds. All LEDs flash briefly.
3. Release the stop and auto buttons again.
The reset is performed and the device commences the start routine.

Note!
After the reset, the continuous degassing and interval degassing operating times are automatically synchronised from
this new point in time, see chapter 8.1.1 "Automatic mode" on page 21 .
Cause
1. Degassing line closed.
2. Dirt trap clogged.
1. The system has been in stop
mode for more than 4 hours.

Reaction
1. Open the degassing
line.
2. Clean the dirt trap.
• Set the controller to
automatic mode – by
pressing the Auto-
button on the system.
• Arrange for a service to
be performed.
• Reset the set value.
• Check the system for
leaks.
• Check the make-up
tank filling level
• Reset the counter.

cartridge (Fillsoft).
2. Replace softening
cartridge (Fillsoft Zero).
3. Perform service and
