LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
A. Beforeattemptingtolighttheheater,checkallfittingsand
connectionswithasoapsolution.NEVER USE A MATCH
TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.Shouldagasleakoccur,donot
attempttorepairoruseheater.Returntheheatertoyour
dealerortheaddressgivenonthelastpage.
B. Turntheheater's"Hi-Med-Lo-Off"regulatorknobto
"Med"(counterclockwise).
C. Tolightheater,placealitmatchacrossthemeshscreen
whereyousee"lighthere"onreflector.(SeeFig.5and
Fig.6).THENpushinvalvebuttononSafetyShutoffValve.
Aftertheheaterislit,continuetoholdvalvebuttoninfor
30seconds,thenreleasethebuttonslowly.CAUTION:
DONOTPUSHINVALVEBUTTONBEFOREINSERTINGLIT
MATCH.NEVERuseasparklightertolightheater.

bylowvolumeofgaswhenoperatingon"Hi"witha
fullcylinder,orshouldtheheaterfailtooperateproperly
foranyreason,returntheheatertothedealerorthe
addressgivenonthelastpageforrepairorreplacement.
DONOTATTEMPTTOREPAIRORTAMPERWITHTHE

F. Adjustheatoutputbyturningknobtodesiredposition.
SHUTDOWN AND STORAGE
INSTRUCTIONS
A. Whenshuttingofftheheater,turntheregulatorknob
ontheheaterto"OFF"(clockwise).(SeeFig.5).
B. CAUTION:Afterturningunitoff,heaterwillremain
extremelyhot.Allowatleast15minutesforcooling
beforehandlingandstoring.
C. HEATER STORAGE:Alwaysremovethepropane
cylinderfromtheheaterwhennotinuse.Alwaysstore
propanecylindersinacool,wellventilatedplaceaway
fromanyflameorheatandinalocationnotusedfor
habitation.DONOTSTOREPROPANETANKWITHIN60
FEETOFOPENFLAMEORHEAT.
