Connections and Settings
To copy data from the originally existing hard
disk to the added hard disk
You can copy picture data from the originally existing
disk to the added one.

Set MIRRORING to ON, select the originally
existing disk for PLAYBACK DRIVE, and turn
the Shuttle dial clockwise.
A confirmation message is displayed.

Turn the Jog dial to choose YES, and turn the
Shuttle dial clockwise.
Copying from the originally existing hard disk to
the added hard disk begins.
The progress status is displayed during copying.
When copying is completed, a completion message
is displayed.
Initializing the hard disk with the menu
You can also initialize the hard disk using 6. HDD
SET of MAIN MENU 2 as required.
For details on menu operations, see "Menu Operations" on
page 17(GB).

Highlight DISK INITIALIZE and turn the Shuttle dial
clockwise.
Initializing begins.
When initializing is completed, the size of the added
disk is displayed on the DISK 2 line.
