OKbuttontodeleteyournumberpassword.Pressthe
OKbuttontostorethesetting.PresstheMenubutton
toreturntotheStartmenu.

Battery type

YourDTC500GameCameraisahighprecisiontool.It
isrecommendedtousehighqualityalkaline,lithiumor
NiMHbatteries.Youcanusethissettingtoselectthe
batterytype.
Gotothemenuitem"Batterytype"inthemenuand
presstheOKbuttonortherightarrowkey.Thiswilltake
youtothesubmenu.SelectyourbatterytypeasAlkaline
orNiMH.PressthearrowkeysUp/Down.(Note:when
usinglithiumbatteriesselectALKALINE).PresstheOK
buttontostorethesetting.Thesetadjustmentreturns
automaticallytotheStartmenu.

Formatting the memory card

Formattingthememorycarddeletesallfilesonthe
memorycardandpreparesthememorycardforanew
useinthecamera.
Gotothemenuitem"Formatcard"inthemenuand
presstheOKbuttonortherightarrowkey.Thiswilltake
youtothesubmenu.SelectYES,formatmemorycardif
youwanttoformatthememorycardandpresstheOK
buttontostorethesetting.SelectNOandthememory
cardisthennotformatted.PresstheOKbuttontostore
thesetting.Thesetadjustmentreturnsautomaticallyto
theStartmenu.
