Conditions of Warranty

WiththepurchaseofthisMINOXDTC500youhave
acquiredaproductwhichhasbeenmanufacturedand
checkedtospecialqualitystandards.Theimpliedwar-
rantyof2yearsprovidedforthisproductcommences
onthedateofpurchasefromanauthorizeddealerand
issubjecttothefollowingconditions:
1)  D uring the warranty period we shall deal with
complaintsbasedonfaultymanufacturefreeof
chargebyrepair,replacementofdefectiveparts
orreplacementbyanidenticalflawlessproductat
ourowndiscretion.Furtherclaims,nomatterwhat
kindorwhatlegalargumentinconnectionwiththis
warranty,shallnotbeaccepted.
2)  C laimsunderwarrantyarenullandvoidifthede-
fecthasbeencausedbyimproperhandling–which
alsocanincludetheuseofaccessoriesmadeby
othercompanies–iftheproductisservicedbyun-
authorizedpersonsorworkshops,oriftheserial
numberhasbeenobliterated.
3)  W arrantyclaimscanonlybemadebysubmissionof
thetypewrittensalesslipofanauthorizeddealer.
4)  W hensubmittingclaimsunderwarrantyplease
returntheMINOXcameratogetherwiththetype-
writtensalesslipandadescriptionofthecomplaint
totheMINOXGmbHCustomerServiceorinterna-
tionalMINOXAgency.
5)  T ouristsmay,ifrequired,makeuseoftheAgencyof
thecountryinwhichtheyaretraveling-withinthe
termsoftheWarrantyofMINOXGmbHbypresent-
ingthetypewrittensalesslip.
