6. STB Operation
6.2.2.2Play Records
In "My Recorder" menu, user can select the record to play.
(1)Press <Up/Down/Left/Right/Page Up/Page Down> to view and select
records.
(2)Press <OK> to preview the selected record in the small video window on
bottom-right screen.
(3)Press <Yellow> to play the selected record in full screen
Notes:
(1)"My Recorder" is only enabled when there is storage device plugged in,
which contain the recorded services.
(2)When a record is selected, the related info would displaye on top-right
screen, including record name, date, time and duration. At the same time,
the first frame of this record would showed in the small video window on bot-
tom-right screen too.
(3)Current playback time is updated and recorded while playing reocrd. When
playing the same record next time, user would be asked whether to continue
last playing or to start from the very begin. Selecting "Yes" means to continue
and "No" means a new start.
(4)When playing record, <Ch+/Ch-/Up/Down> can be used to switch cu-
rrent playing one.
(5)When playing TV record, trick
modes like fast forward, fast back-
ward and slow forward are available.
Related info would display on top-
right screen, like current tirck mode,
playing process, playing time and
total record time. If the record is
radio, then only fast forward is avai-
lable.
(6)When playing record, user may
press <Green/Exit> to return to "My
Recorder" menu. And after playing fi-
nished, STB would return to "My Re-
corder" menu automatically too.
6.2.2.3 Navi for Record Playing
When playing record, press <Navi> can enter record playing navigation bar,
providing functional items of "File", "Step", "Vol", "Zoom+", "Zoom-", "Info" and
"Option".
(1) When playing record, press <Navi>
to load recorder Navi bar.
(2) Press <Left/Right> to select Navi
bar item.
(3) Select "File" item would return to
"My Recorder" menu.
(4) In "Step" item, every <OK> pressing would cause current playing moves
forward by one-step. Press <OK> can return to normal play speed.
