8 Maintenance
8.1 General
For standard installation instructions, refer to the Service & Support section of the Holmatro website.
Proper preventive maintenance of the equipment preserves the operational safety and extends the life
of the equipment.

When performing maintenance activities, always comply with the relevant safety regulations.
Wear the prescribed personal protection equipment.
8.1.1 Dangerous substances
WARNING
Used or leaked fluids, and any other products consumed during the activities, must be
collected and disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.
8.2 Maintenance schedule
This schedule is an average. Depending on the intensity of use of your equipment, Holmatro can
provide a specific maintenance schedule for you.

Solution
First fill the load with timber padding during any
lifting operations.
Check the pressure. Have the pressure relief valve
reset if it shows leakage when the pressure is too
low.
Check the connections of the couplings to the
hoses.
Check the joints between the couplings.
Solution
Immediately stop using the tool and present it to
your Holmatro dealer, or a Holmatro Certified
Technician, for inspection.
