Handles (only for HLB 40 and 67)
Check the handles for becoming loose or for any damage.
Have a Holmatro Certified Technician replace or repair any damaged handles.

Labels
Check the readability of the labels.
Renew the label if not readable.

Replace the connection ripple
The connection nipple (Part number 390.511.155) has a 1/8" NPT thread and is screwed into the brass
air inlet fitting by using PTFE tape.
Retain always the hexagon of the air inlet fitting with a spanner (16 mm AF) to prevent damage
during replacement.

Yearly dealer maintenance

We recommend having the equipment checked, set and tested once yearly by the Holmatro
Certified Technician who has the appropriate knowledge and the necessary tools. The Holmatro
dealer can organize the yearly maintenance for you on a contract basis.

Long term storage

Inflate the lifting bag to approximately 0.2 bar, wash down thoroughly with warm soapy water and
allow to dry.
Clean the valves and the couplings with running water.
Dry the lifting bag and store it if possible with the flat side on the floor, ensuring no damage is
caused to the equipment.

Decommissioning/Recycling
At the end of its service life the lifting bag can be scrapped and recycled.
Make sure that the lifting bag is put out of order so it can no longer be used.
Various parts can be re-used. The lifting bag is made of rubber, aramid fibres and a inlet fitting.
Collect all dangerous substances separately and dispose of them in an environmentally responsible
way.
Consult the Holmatro dealer about recycling.
