TEMPERATURE SETTING

The temperature range of the device is between 20 and 95° C.
1. Push the temperature button once. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or
decrease the temperature setting (Celsius or Fahrenheit).
2. The appliance will beep and the timer display and touch control will flash for 3
seconds, indicating that your settings have been accepted.
3. Push the ON/OFF switch for 3 seconds to switch the display between Celsius
and Fahrenheit.

TIMER SETTINGS

The maximum setting of the time is 99 hours.
1. Push the timer button once. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease
the hours.
2. Push the timer button again. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease
the minutes.
3. After adjusting the time, push the ON/OFF button. Display and rotary control
will blink for 3 seconds confirming the changes.
4. As soon as the pre-set temperature has been reached, the timer is activated.

CALIBRATION

The Sous Vide stick is calibrated according to high standards and much more
precise than conventional temperature gauges. If necessary, you can match the
temperatures of several other devices via the calibration mode:
• Push the temperature button for 5 seconds in order to switch to the calibration
mode.
• Adjust the temperature difference between -9.9°C and 9.9°C (-49.83 °F and
49,82 °F). Ideally, the calibration should be conducted by an authorised repair
service.
