5. Press the MULTICOOKER/PRESSURE COOKER button to select the
mode (repress the button to switch between the modes):
•
PRESSURE COOKER mode (high pressure);
•
MULTICOOKER mode (normal pressure).
6. Press MENU repeatedly to select a program. The program indicator
and default time are displayed

In SAUTE, STEW, SOUP, BOIL, or STEAM program use the SELECT
PRODUCT button to select the required subprogram MEAT, FISH,
VEGETABLES.
8. Use the TIMER/TIME button to adjust the cook time. Press HOUR to
increase hour value, and MIN to increase minute value. Press and hold
the corresponding button down to scroll through the digits. When
the maximum value is reached, the adjustment starts from the
minimum value.
9. Delay the program if necessary.
10. Press and hold down START/KEEP WARM until an audible signal is
heard. The cycle begins. The display shows the remaining cooking time.
11. In the PRESSURE COOKER mode the countdown starts only after the
appliance reaches the temperature and pressure required. The
PRESSURE indicator is displayed (pressure cooker mode).
12. After the cycle is complete the appliance produces an audible signal
and enters KEEP WARM. The KEEP WARM time starts progressing.
Press CANCEL/REHEAT until an audible sound is heard to disable the
function. The function can be also disabled in advance.
13. Let the appliance stand for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
If you were pressure cooking, be sure to open the steam release valve
and release the pressure before opening the appliance.
If by the end of the program the lid remains locked, make sure that
the steam release valve is open. Let the device cool down and try
opening once again.
To cancel all settings or to interrupt the cycle at any stage press
REHEAT/CANCEL until an audible signal is heard.

Cooking under High Pressure (pressure cooker mode – the steam
release valve closed)
Do not pressure cook without water or any other liquid (at least 2
measuring cups of liquid required).
Do not use pressure cooker mode to saute with oil. Instead, sauté chopped
vegetables with an open lid using a small amount of oil or stock.
The appliance must never be filled with water and other ingredients more
than 2/3 or less that 1/5 full. When cooking foods that can foam or expand
during cooking (spinach, rice, beans, pasta, etc.) — more than 3/5 full, to
prevent the steam release valve from clogging.
STEW Program
The program is recommended for stewing meat, fish, and vegetables.
Default time depends on the type of selected product (meat — 40 minutes,
fish — 18 minutes, vegetables — 15 minutes). It can be adjusted from 10
minutes to 12 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food
and liquid above the 12 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
SOUP Program
The program is recommended for cooking various soup and broth. Default
time depends on the type of selected product (meat — 40 minutes, fish —
30 minutes, vegetables — 20 minutes). It can be adjusted from 10 minutes
to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food and
liquid above the 12 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
BOIL Program
The program is recommended for boiling meat, fish, and vegetables.
Default time depends on the type of selected product (meat — 40 minutes,
fish — 30 minutes, vegetables — 25 minutes). It can be adjusted from 5
minutes to 8 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food
and liquid above the 12 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
CHILI Program
The program is recommended for meat, vegetarian, poultry chili, peas,
and other legumes. Default time is 1 hour. It can be adjusted from 10
minutes to 5 hours in 5 minute intervals. Do not fill the cooker with food
and liquid above the 8 cups mark on the inside of the bowl.
