6 Putting into operation
2 Push the liner through the retaining nipple (4), guide tube (1), guide (5) and cold-wire
tube (6) as far as it will go into the feeding nozzle (7).
3 Tighten the retaining nipple (4) with the wire conduit's nut (3). The liner is securely attached.
6.8 Connecting the coolant
WARNING
Risk of burns
The cable assembly overheats if the coolant level is too low.
• Wear the correct protective gloves.
• Check the coolant level at regular intervals.
NOTICE
• Ensure that the coolant supply and return hoses have been correctly installed. Coolant
supply = blue, coolant return = red
• Do not use deionised or demineralised water as coolant or for leak and flow tests.
This may shorten your welding torch's service life.
• For liquid-cooled welding torches, we recommend using ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant.
