INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY
BEFORE SETUP
Please check that you've received all parts listed above. If you are missing any of
the parts, please contact our customer service. Please use gloves while assem-
bling the product to ensure that you protect your hands from injury.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Only our enclosed tools are needed to assemble the trampoline. If you are not
using the trampoline, it can be easily disassembled and stored.
Step 1 – Assembly of the frame and feet (Fig. 1)
All parts with the same part number are interchangeable and exhibit no diffe-
rences with regard to a left or right orientation. Only the narrow end of a tube
piece has to be inserted into larger the end of the next tube piece in order to
connect the parts. There are a total of six frame tubes (A) available from which
the frame has to be assembled. After which the 3 feet (B) have to be inserted
into the support. You should ultimately now screw on the lower net rods (E), with
the help of the appropriate screws (J and K) as well as the spacers (H). Make
sure that you have properly aligned the feet tubes. The recess for insertion of the
nut has to face the trampoline centre.
Step 2 – Aligning of the jumping mat (Fig. 2)
Set up the jumping mat with the sewn-on net as shown. The sewing yarn at the
edge of the mat must face in the direction of a rod (E).
Step 3 – Spanning the jumping mat (Fig. 3)
To span the mat, you require the included clamps (M). The following steps work
best when the mat is held slightly under tension.
3.1 To begin with you have to pass the tether strap (I) through the lugs of the
jumping mat. Place the resulting loop over the frame. The stopper of the tether
strap is positioned underneath the mat-lugs.
3.2 Pass the clamp from the top through the loops and beneath the frame, up to
the end of the tether strap.
3.3 Upon pressing the levers of the clamp downwards, the tether strap slips in
the direction of the mat.
3.4 With a final application of the clamp lever, the loop is finally lifted over the
stopper of the tether strap.
3.5 After the first tether strap has been attached, the next tether strap should
be attached to the frame on the opposite side of the first tether strap. After the
first two tether straps have been placed, the next strap should be placed halfway
between. The next strap should be attached to the frame on the opposite side.
Please repeat until all straps are placed. A sequential mounting of the tether
strap, would quickly lead to a one side distribution of the tensile forces and the
assembly would be impaired.
