7.5 Connecting the controllers/hand switches
Details for configuring, operating the controller via the manual control switch as well as fault
codes can be obtained in the controller operating instructions.
7.5.1 Alpha Colonne with internal controller
The controller is installed in the lifting column.
Connecting the manual control switch
•
Two-button manual control switch (Up - Down) for traversing the lifting column. The hand
switch is connected directly to the lifting column.
7.5.2 Alpha Colonne with external controller: Function Up - Down or
Up - Down with speed control
The lifting column is connected to the external controller.
Maximum two lifting columns can be traversed.
The following external controllers can be exempted:
•
MBL - Transformer controller 120VA (for Up - Down)
•
RK MultiControl mono with speed control
Connecting the manual control switch
The hand switch is connected directly to the lifting column.
•
Two-button manual control switch (Up - Down) for traversing the lifting column.
•
Six-button manual control switch (6 pin manual control switch socket) for traversing the lifting
column individually or parallel.
7.5.3 Alpha Colonne with external controller: Function memory,
synchronous
The lifting column is connected to the external controller.
It can traverse up to four lifting columns (depending on the loading data and requirements).
The following external controllers can be exempted:
•
RK MultiControl duo for up to 2 lifting columns synchronously with memory position
•
RK MultiControl quadro for up to 4 lifting columns synchronously
Connecting the manual control switch
•
Two-button manual control switch (Up - Down) for traversing the lifting column.
