BONE SAW DIMENSIONS
All dimensions in the picture above are given in mm.
USAGE PURPOSE
The device is intended for cutting the meat and bones.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is payable by the user.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the packed goods upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it
is kept horizontal and stable.
DISPOSING OF PACKAGING.
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate conditions.
INSTALLING THE BONE SAW
POSITIONING THE MACHINE
The work surface where the bone saw will be located must be suitable for the size of the appliance. The
work surface must be level and dry and at a height of 80 cm from the ground with a temperature between
5°C and 35°C. It must be remembered that the mains parameters are the same as indicated on the plate.
Prior to use, thoroughly clean the device and equipment.
OPEARTION
PURPOSE
The bone saw is intended for cutting bones and meat. It is forbidden to use this device for purposes other
than it was designed for.
OPERATION
Before connecting the bone saw to the power source, make sure that the saw belt is properly tensioned. If
the saw belt requires adjustment, then it should be done by using the saw belt tension adjustment knob (No.
1 in the picture above).
10
Scrapers (No.6 in the picture above) must not have too much tension on the saw belt – too much pressure
on the saw belt will cause faster wear of the saw belt. Adjustment of the element No. 5 in the picture above
allows for setting the cutting width. After connecting the bone saw to the power source, please check if the
main switch works properly. The operator should always be at the front of the bone saw.
CUTTING
Lift the pusher and place the meat / bones on the element for cutting width. Hold the pusher with left hand
and push the meat / bones to the saw with proper force. It is forbidden to use hands only for cutting. It is
forbidden to touch the saw and other inside elements with your hands – there is a risk of severe injury! It
is recommended to use gloves for protection while operating. In order to remove the cut meat / bones, the
bone saw must be switched off.
SAW BELT REPLACEMENT
In order to replace the saw belt, the device must be disconnected from the power source. Open the
removable cover (No. 14 in the picture above), then loosen the saw blade tension adjustment knob (No. 1
in the picture above) until the saw belt can be taken off from the pulleys (No. 2 and 9 in the picture above).
Replace the saw belt and then tighten the saw blade tension adjustment knob for proper tension of the saw
blade. Close the removable cover and check the proper operation of the bone saw.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always cut off the power by unplugging it from the power socket before cleaning. The device should be
cleaned at least one time every day. If necessary, it can be cleaned more often. The parts of the device that
are in direct or indirect contact with food must be cleaned. It is forbidden to use water or water jet to
directly clean the device. Brushes or other tools which may damage the surface cannot be used. Use water
and neutralized detergent safe for food to clean the bone saw (inside and outside the device).
ATTENTION: Gloves should be worn for protection while operating. Clean the machine body with
a neutralized detergent and a wet cloth. Use dry cloth to dry the machine after cleaning.
REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Check regularly whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the better the
customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to
a loss of warranty!
