CCTV-960 does not
turns on after connecting
it to the mains.
I can't record
Mouse is not detected
by the CCTV-960.

-It is possible that the power adapter is faulty. In this case
consult a dealer for replacement.
-There are probably hardware problems. In this case consult
a dealer.
-It has not formatted the hard disk. The hard disk must be
formatted manually the fi rst time.
-The recording function is not active or the confi guration is
incorrect. See paragraph 9.
-The hard drive is full and does not activate the overwri-
te function. Reference is made in paragraph 13.1 system
(HDD overwrite).
-The hard drive is damaged.
-Disconnect and plug the mouse into the USB port marked
as MOUSE.
