4. CONNECTIONS
- Camera connection
Connect the video output of the cameras to the input connector on the back of the DVR. The
input interface is a BNC connector.
- Audio connections
• Input
Audio input interface is a standard RCA connector.
The audio signal must be moved away from interference sources such as very strong mag-
netic or electrical fi elds.
• Output
If you require an audio output, use a BNC to RCA adapter and connect the DVR to the
external sound source.
- Monitor or display connection
Connect a display to the BNC output or use a monitor to the VGA input. Use a BNC to RCA
adapter to connect to the external video source.
- Power connection
Connect the power adapter into the power input that is located on the rear panel.
- Ethernet network connection
Connect a network cable to the RJ-45 connector for have remote access via the Internet or
Ethernet.
