• Fully charge the battery,
• Upgrade the software or Restore factory settings to format the tablet (to restore the
default setting, press and hold the On/Off key and Volume up key).
WARNING: ALL the tablet's user data (contacts, photos, messages, files and downloaded
applications) will be permanently lost. You are strongly advised to perform a full backup
of your tablet data before formatting your tablet.
In the event that your tablet is found to have a defect that prevents normal use, you will
need to entrust your device to our After-Sales Service. Your tablet will not be repaired or
replaced if the trademarks or serial numbers (IMEI) have been removed or changed, or if
your purchase receipt is missing or illegible.
If the lack of conformity or defect is confirmed, all or part of your tablet will be replaced
or repaired. This warranty covers parts as well as labour costs.
Before sending your tablet to our After-Sales Service, we recommend:
• Writing down and putting your IMEI somewhere safe (*),
• Removing the SD card and the SIM card,
• Saving all your personal data. Our repair centre may well need to format your tablet.
(*) Your IMEI code is the serial number used to identify your device and monitor the after-
sales service. There are several ways to find your IMEI code:
• Tap *#06# on your tablet keypad,
• Check the packaging for your tablet,
• On the back of your tablet and depending on the model, the IMEI may be given on a
label or inside the tablet, under the battery (if removable).
• Scan the QR Code located under the cap of the jack connector.
Documents and information that will need to be enclosed when sending your tablet to
our After-Sales Service:
• A copy of the invoice or receipt, indicating the date of purchase, the type of Product,
and the name of the Distributor,
• The IMEI number of the tablet,
• Description of the fault with the tablet.
