Setting the torque on the 6100 CT
• Unlock handle
safety lock
either as a rotary knob or a cylinder lock.
• To set the torque, push handle
and rotate it until the required value has been
reached.
• When the scale markers
torque wrench is locked as soon as the handle
is released.
• In order to prevent accidental maladjustment,
the safety lock

• The torque wrench is now ready for use.
Assembly 6150-1 CT and 6160-1 CT
• Insert the handle bar 1 into the tube of the head
part 2.
• Press the locking bolt 4 slightly, so that it will be
pushed in automatically when telescoping the
handle bar and head part.
• Push the handle part bolt 3 right down into the
location notch of the head part 2.
• Turn the handle part 1 to the left and make sure
that the handle part bolt 3 is inserted into the
location notch all the way to the stop 5. The
locking bolt 4 at the opposite side engages vis-
ibly and audibly into the hole.
