Using the pan and the basket
WARNING!
Risk of scalding and fire!
Improper handling of the product may cause injury.
− Do not fill the pan with oil. The product uses hot air for
frying, not oil. There is a risk of scalding.
− Do not fill past the MAX indicator (see Fig. D). Filling up to
¾ full is the recommended amount. Food that is too close to
the heating element may burn. There is a risk of fire.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the product may result in damage.
− Do not use or insert the pan into the product without the
basket.
− Be sure that the basket and pan are assembled and
fastened properly together. Otherwise, the pan may
detach during use.
− After cooking, always put the pan and basket onto a flat,
heat-resistant surface to prevent scorching of countertops
and other surfaces.
1. To remove the pan
away from the product.
2. To disconnect the basket
located on the handle. Press the release button
(see Fig. B).
3. To reconnect the basket with the pan, align the connector
handle with the bracket
into the pan (see Fig. C). You will hear a click sound indicating they are
securely connected. Slide the safety cover back over the release button.
4. To insert the pan into the product, hold the handle and slide the pan into
the product (see Fig. D). Make sure the pan is closed flush with the housing
of the product. The product will not turn on if the pan is not inserted
properly.
