2. The following dialog box will open.
3. Enter the required patient information. Chart Number, First Name, and Last
Name are required fields which must be filled in. All other fields are optional,
but it is recommended that they be filled in.
4. Click Add to save the patient record.

1. Click the Add Patient icon from main GUI window.
2. Enter the required patient information. The Chart Number, E-Mail address,
First Name, and Last Name are required fields which must be filled in. (The
chart number fills in automatically.)
3. Click Add to save the patient record.
