ES ES 5. OPERATION
PT PT 1. Align the ring of auxiliary handle to the spindle collar.
2. Turn the auxiliary handle clockwise to firmly clamp it.
3. For adjusting the auxiliary handle to appropriate position, firstly turn the auxiliary handle

anti-clockwise to loosen it.
4. Firmly clamp the auxiliary handle before each use.

Inserting SDS-plus Drilling Tools:

1. Pull the Locking sleeve backward and hold it in position.
2. Insert the SDS-Plus drill bit/chisel into SDS-Plus tool holder. Tips: clean and lightly grease the

shank end of the SDS-Plus drill bit before inserting.
3. To insert it completely until stop, combine the inserting and rotational motion and find the
engaged position.

4. Release the locking sleeve and check that the drill bit/chisel is securely fastened. The drill bit/
chisel should be locked in the chuck and shall not be possible to be pulled out.

Removing SDS-plus Drilling Tools:
1. Pull the Locking sleeve backward and hold it in position.
2. Take firmly drill bit / chisel and pull it out from SDS-Plus tool holder.

MODE SELECTOR

1. Press the unlocking button and turn the mode selector, so that the triangle indication is aligned
with the desired operation mode symbol.
2. Release the unlocking button and ensure that locking function of the mode selector is engaged.

Observe the technical requirements of this product (see section Technical data) when
purchasing and using drill bits!
The chuck and drill bits can be very hot after working, do not assemble/disassemble them
before cooling down!
WARNING! Only change the mode settings when the product is
switched off and has come to a complete stop! Always ensure that the
mode selector is adjusted to the correct position depending on the
intended operation! Do not use the product with the switch in any
intermediate position!
