Use auxiliary handles supplied with the tool. Loss of control can

Always wear goggles when using the machine. It is recommended to
wear gloves, sturdy non slipping shoes and apron.
The dust that arises when working with this tool can be detrimental to
health and therefore not reach the body. Use a dust absorption system
and wear a suitable dust protection mask (protection level FFP2). Use
ventilation in enclosed spaces. Remove deposited dust thoroughly, e.g.
with a vacuum cleaner.
Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any work
on the machine.
Only plug-in when machine is switched off.
Keep mains lead clear from working range of the machine. Always lead
the cable away behind you.
After switching off, the machine will not be idle immediately. (After-
running of the work spindle.) Allow the machine to come to a stop before
putting down.
Never reach into the danger area of the plane when it is running.
Only use tools whose permitted speed is at least as high as the highest
no-load speed of the machine.
Immediately switch off the machine in case of considerable vibrations or
if other malfunctions occur. Check the machine in order to find out the
cause.
Only use sharpened and flawless diamond cutting discs. Immediately
exchange bent or cracked diamond cutting discs. Carry out a test run
without load for at least 30 seconds.
Only use and store diamond cutting discs according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the cutting discs. The diameter of the
centre hole must fit the flange without play. Do not use any eduction
pieces or adapters.
Only use the machine for dry cutting in stone.
Mind hidden electric lines, gas and water pipes. Check your working
area, e.g. with a metal detector.
MAINS CONNECTION
Connect only to single-phase a.c. current and only to the system voltage
indicated on the rating plate. It is also possible to connect to sockets
without an earthing contact as the design conforms to safety class II.
SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF USE
The wall-chaser machine cuts slots for cables and pipes (masonry
grooves) in any kind of brickwork with two diamond cutting discs running
parallel to each other.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use.

ADVICE FOR OPERATION
The machine switches off automatically if the motor is overloaded. Allow
it to cool, press the overload button and restart the machine. If the
overload protection switches it off frequently, reduce the cutting pressure
or depth of cut.
The infinitely variable cutting width setting has the advantage that, if the
groove width is set correctly, pipes etc. can be fitted precisely into the
groove and it is not necessary to secure them with nails etc. to prevent
them from falling out.
Sharpen blunt diamond cutting blades (can be recognised by sparks
flying while cutting) by making several cuts into calcareous sandstone or
a special sharpening stone.
The cutting discs get very hot when in use. Do not touch them before
they have cooled down.
MAINTENANCE
The ventilation slots of the machine must be kept clear at all times.
Use only AEG accessories and spare parts. Should components need to
be exchanged which have not been described, please contact one of our
AEG service agents (see our list of guarantee/service addresses).
If needed, an exploded view of the tool can be ordered. Please state the
Article No. as well as the machine type printed on the label and order the
drawing at your local service agents or directly at: AEG

SPEZIELLE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Tragen Sie Gehörschutz. Die Einwirkung von Lärm kann
Gehörverlust bewirken.
Benutzen Sie die mit dem Gerät gelieferten Zusatzhandgriffe.
Der Verlust der Kontrolle kann zu Verletzungen führen.
Steckdosen in Außenbereichen müssen mit Fehlerstrom-
Schutzschaltern ausgerüstet sein. Das verlangt die
Installationsvorschrift für Ihre Elektroanlage. Bitte beachten Sie das
bei der Verwendung unseres Gerätes.
Beim Arbeiten mit der Maschine stets Schutzbrille tragen.
Schutzhandschuhe, festes und rutschsicheres Schuhwerk und
Schürze werden empfohlen.
Vor allen Arbeiten an der Maschine Stecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen.
Maschine nur ausgeschaltet an die Steckdose anschließen.
Anschlusskabel stets vom Wirkungsbereich der Maschine
fernhalten. Kabel immer nach hinten von der Maschine wegführen.
Die Werkzeugspindel läuft nach, nachdem das Gerät ausgeschaltet
wurde. Maschine erst nach Stillstand ablegen.
Nicht in den Gefahrenbereich der laufenden Maschine greifen.
Nur Arbeitswerkzeuge verwenden, deren zulässige Drehzahl
mindestens so hoch ist wie die höchste Leerlaufdrehzahl des
Gerätes.
Gerät sofort ausschalten, wenn beträchtliche Schwingungen
auftreten oder andere Mängel festgestellt werden. Überprüfen Sie
die Maschine, um die Ursache festzustellen.
Nur scharfe und einwandfreie Diamanttrennscheiben verwenden,
rissige oder verbogene Diamanttrennscheiben sofort auswechseln.
Probelauf mindestens 30 Sekunden ohne Belastung durchführen.
Diamanttrennscheiben stets gemäß den Angaben des Herstellers
verwenden und aufbewahren.
Abmessungen der Diamanttrennscheiben beachten.
Lochdurchmesser muss ohne Spiel zum Aufnahmeflansch passen.
Keine Reduzierstücke oder Adapter verwenden.
Das Gerät darf nur für Gesteinsbearbeitung im Trockenschnitt
verwendet werden.
Vorsicht vor verdeckt liegenden elektrischen Leitungen, Gas- und
Wasserrohren. Den Arbeitsbereich überprüfen, zum Beispiel mit
einem Metallortungsgerät.
Beim Arbeiten entstehender Staub ist oft gesundheitsschädlich und
sollte nicht in den Körper gelangen. Staubabsaugung verwenden
und zusätzlich geeignete Staubschutzmaske tragen. Abgelagerten
Staub gründlich entfernen, z.B. Aufsaugen.

Arbeitssystem Mauerntfräse - Entstauber
Die Mauernutfräse WCE 30 nur mit den Entstaubern ASE 1400 bzw.
RSE 1400 einsetzen. Andere Kombinationen können zu einer
schlechteren Erfassung und Abscheidung der Stäube führen.
Hinweise zum Betrieb, zur Wartung und zur Reinigung des
Entstaubers einschließlich der Filter beachten. Wenn
Staubsammelbehälter voll sind, sofort entleeren.
Nur den vorgesehenen Ansaugschlauch verwenden.
Ansaugschlauch nicht manipulieren. Gelangen Gesteinsbrocken in
den Ansaugschlauch, Arbeit unterbrechen und den Ansaugschlauch
sofort reinigen. Abknicken des Ansaugschlauches vermeiden.
Filter regelmäßig abreinigen und austauschen; keine Filter/
Filterkomponenten entfernen.
Mauernutfräse und Trennscheiben entsprechend dem Untergrund
auswählen. Die Hersteller bieten je nach Untergrund verschiedene
Trennscheiben an.
Trennscheiben rechtzeitig auswechseln bzw. nachschärfen. Bei
Verringerung der Schnittleistung Kontrolle, ob die Trennscheiben
verschlissen sind und ausgewechselt bzw. nachgeschärft werden
müssen.
Eintauchvorgang und Arbeitsablauf, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung
beschrieben, durchführen.
Arbeitsplatz
Einhaltung der allgemeinen Anforderungen an Arbeitsplätzen auf
Baustellen (ausreichende Beleuchtung, Absturzstellen vermeiden
etc.) ist sicherzustellen. Sicherheitshinweise beachten.
Für gute Durchlüftung sorgen.
Freies Arbeitsfeld gewährleisten. Bei längeren Nuten muss der
Entstauber frei nachführbar sein bzw. rechtzeitig nachgeführt
werden.
Arbeitsorganisation
Gehörschutz, Augenschutz, Atemschutz und ggf. Handschuhe
verwenden. Als Atemschutz mindestens eine Partikel filtrierende
Halbmaske der Klasse FFP2 verwenden.
Entstauber zur Arbeitsplatzreinigung verwenden. Abgelagerten
Staub nicht durch Kehren aufwirbeln.
