Kneader description
The Rotary Kneader mod. "IP" is a machine
meant for professional use by bread and
cake bakers, designed to knead, mix and
beat any food product.

Two different models are available:
IP10: worktop model
IP20: floor model
The machine structure has a scratch-proof
painted finish which makes it easy to clean.
It has safety features compliant with the ap-
plicable European Directives.
The supplied accessories include three
beaters (whip, spatula and hook) which
make the machine extremely versatile and
able to knead several types of dough and
other products: pizza, bread, biscuits, cr-
oissants, brioches, cream puffs, sponge

The speed control and timer make work
easier by adjusting the machine specifica-
tions to the different types of product each
time.
The removable pan and quick-fit connectors
