5) Upton Models:
Place a trim plate over each valve,
and secure by tightening the trim
collar.
Install the handles onto the valve
stems with the set screw holes to-
wards the back, and secure with the
set screws.
Aquia Models:
Tighten a trim plate onto each valve
until it contacts the finished deck.
Install the cold (right) handle onto
the cold valve stem with the lever
pointing to the right, and secure
with set screw. Install the hot (left)
handle onto the hot valve stem with
the lever pointing to the left, and
secure with the set screw.
Your new faucet is designed for years of trouble-free performance. Keep it
looking new by cleaning it periodically with mild soap, rinsing thoroughly with
warm water and drying with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners,
steel wool or harsh chemicals, as these will dull the finish. Failure to follow
these instructions may void your warranty.
