Warnings and Limitations

• For use by ONE person only. Maximum capacity is 400 lbs. (181.4kg), including tools. —
DO NOT EXCEED THIS WEIGHT.
• Use only Miller approved bolts and fasteners with these anchors. For Models 417,
417SS, 419 and 419SS, the user must supply an approved 5/8" grade 8/18-8 bolt for use
with the 417 and 417SS D-bolt anchors or an approved 3/4" grade 8/18-8 bolt for use
with the 419 and 419SS D-bolt anchors.
• The 415, 416, 416SS, 417, 417SS, 418, 418SS, 419 and 419SS D-Bolt Anchors may be in-
stalled on overhead horizontal or vertical surfaces. Other installation applications must
be approved by Miller Fall Protection.
• Model 415 D-Bolt Anchors are only approved as single-user anchorage connectors and
should not be used as end anchors in any horizontal lifeline system. Model 416, 416SS,
417, 417SS, 418, 418SS, 419 and 419SS D-Bolt Anchors are approved for use with Miller
SkyGrip™, Miller TechLine™ and Titan WebLine™ Horizontal Lifeline Systems. Any
other applications must be Miller approved.
